Cannibust

Got high and stole a car the other day,
A hard-corvette with the devil on the license plate,
The stereo blasting a sinister tape, insidious sound that stopped time and space,
I'm losing focus,
losing morals,
Committing crimes,
I think I've done just lost my mind,
Even after all of this,
My minds been depleted of all its bliss,
My thoughts deleted every kiss,
The clock turned back reading six six six,
But the time has come to overcome,
All the voices screaming I'm not the one,
Though I'm holding memories that weigh a ton,
They turn to words inside my head,
Some want me alive others want me dead,
I cannot fight them anymore,
A war is never won with another war,
So I quietly search for an open door,
I blink an eye and see a light,
Two actually,
One red one white,
So I scrape and crawl against the wall,
It's becoming a never ending hall,
In the distance I see a figure,
Skinny and black as a heart attack,
My heart beats fast and i begin to quiver,
It's getting close,
Oh yes much closer,
What i see surprises me,
It's a version of me and his names Nicky,
The mirrors distort and morph to trick me,
The walls start to melt and the floors are sticky,
I can't move an inch but I feel a pinch,
This other me is hovering,
It's telepathy is deafening,
And then i hear a scream,
I wake up in a field of dreams,
Upside down around everything seems,
holding tight to a ceiling beam,
I lose my grip and start to fall,
just inside and against the wall,
Out of sight thinking something mean,
Instead the dread of the egos dead,
A tombstone brain and a cemetery head,
subconsciously digging six feet deep,
A vibrational quantum leap,
So though I lost it I'm gaining,
I've done just passed the mental training,
To lose my mind,
Needed to release the false idea of time,
And it is so,
My mind is gone,
I'm all alone,
I've got the devil on my back,
And god laughs,
Just another visual panic attack, I FORGOT I WASn't low... njl
